"My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the upper level of Marie's villa. It was as beautiful as the pictures, and the Subaru Forester that was provided worked well.Marie was the best host. She and Rena were always available to help when needed, answer questions, make recommendations and reservations. They made our first trip to Grenada truly wonderful. The best part of the house is the gorgeous views from the deck which we enjoyed each morning and evening.It should be noted that the house sits high up on a hill which provides great views of the surrounding hills and the bay.Being so high up requires travel down into the town, which isn't far, but does require driving on steep, narrow and windy roads, so you need to be prepared for that, and also the very steep driveway from the road.Driving was the biggest adventure.The house was very clean and spacious and well furnished. I can't imagine better lodging.But as I said, what really made it special was the hospitality from Marie and Rena."

"The Host Royston was very welcoming and attentive. He picked us up from the airport, took us to the store a couple of times, and recommended a local car rental agency. We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating and gracious host. He designed his property with his guests comfort, privacy, relaxation in mind. The property is situated for the perfect mountain view, a perfect breeze, the perfect island stay. There are fruit, coconut, and breadfruit trees for the plucking. The apartment itself is MODERN, very spacious, loaded with all the needed and desired amenties a guest will appreciate. I did. I'm a chef and I was very satisfied cooking in the kitchen. I had everything I needed utensil wise and Royston ensured that. As a world traveler who has stayed many places I can honestly say as far as accommodations this was top ranking.Now for the "up so" side...the topography in Grenada is crazy. What I consider a mountain, the locals call a hill. This place is on the "mountain". The roads are steep, narrow, and sharply curved. The driveway of the property is quite steep and intimidating to me. I live in NJ, work in Philly, former longterm resident of Atlanta so thats saying a lot. However, once you make it to the property you have a beautiful serene environment to calm your nerves and allow your legs to stop shaking. Lol.Overall, I definitely would recommend to anyone. Also, it's a great nightly rate. Some sites will add unnecessary additional fees, Royston removed them."

"I recently stayed at Clema Simple Living for Spicemas 2025. I come to Grenada very frequently and know my way around a bit. But Clema beautiful, peaceful place was such a gem. The definition is real. Simple living and my cousin and I loved it. Clema is very responsive, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. She gave us information where to catch the bus and even knowledge about where to wash off our oil. It felt great eating breakfast outside and see her beautiful garden of flowers. The bed was super comfortable. Although we didn’t watch tv we appreciated the bedrooms not having one. The fans are perfect! I will be coming back soon and looking forward to book this place again. Thank you !"

"Our host Jacqui was very helpful and proactive. We really appreciated her recommendations and assistance. The view from the property is gorgeous! It overlooks the Carenage and the harbor. Neighborhood is residential and the neighbors were very friendly. Location is perfect for exploring on foot. The hills kept us in good shape! The property could use a little TLC, but nothing major and no big complaints from us."
