Big house. Walk to everything

This is a great house. Lots of bedrooms I put seven of my managers in it for an incentive trip and they love the house. Management was responsive

Honest review not great

Clean and good location. Refrigerator wasnt keeping things cold well or making ice. Pool got cloudy and had algae on walls. Spa didnt get very warm communication was not responsive. And if we did get ahold of them they didnt do much. Last day they delivered an ice maker. What a joke responsive

Dirty Pool

Do not book this property if you plan on using the pool or hot tub. Upon arrival pool was dark green and brown. Messaged to get this corrected, no response, called to let them know was told that someone would be out the next morning to get it cleaned. Pool company did arrive the water color and cleaniness did improve some (not totally). However a day later pool was beginning to look filthy again, attempted to message again with no answer. Called and was assured someone would be out and no one ever came. Pool and hot tub were completely unusable for most of stay.

Built up by the description. Let down on all levels

Problem with being lied to. I asked if all repairs had been made before i made my final payment. Quote, "All repairs had been made". Sign on door upon arrival, "Do not use this door. Broken. Use garage " 1 Towel, wash cloth, beach towel per bathroom. 12 people. 2 wk stay, asked for broom, mop, Windex, I keep clean. Sent a broom. No hand mixer, but had 4 coffee pots. Timer on hot tub and pool, part needed replaced for hot tub. Came days later. Heat was off on main level. Needed a part. Security alarm went off. Three phone calls, finally showed up, took apart to stop. VRBO Should have done an inspection before they put back up on VRBO. Only plus, can walk to beach. Definitely NOT worth the money.

Girls Trip

It was a very nice house. It was decorated really cute & beachy. Nice size house for a large group. Large and spacious. It was perfect for our group of 10! Great location! We could walk to the beach, to eat or to the local shops. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor had small worms all over the lamp and in the bed. The 2 king beds had huge stains on the mattresses. The pillows were stained as well. The quilt was dirty/ stained. A little surprised that the house did not have kitchen basics like salt & pepper, Tupperware or other storage containers for food. The pool/ hot tub could have been cleaner. There was a binder that had restaurants listed but needs to be updated several of those restaurants are no longer open for business.

Thanksgiving 2024 was unbelievable thanks to Freshly Squeezed! Our family was so appreciative of the accommodations and the location of this property. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the poor area was perfect! Our family played the games they had on site, which included a new air hockey table. We did have a couple issues, however, they did not interrupt our fun as the management company quickly resolved them. We highly recommend Freshly Squeezed!
