Very clean, well appointed and great location!

The description of the space is very accurate and it had everything we needed! The “garage” space was so nice with the extra bathroom, full size refrigerator/freezer and everything we needed for the beach. Very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely book again!

Nice time

We had a rocky start with pool cleanliness but that was quickly resolved by the property mgmt company. The home was well outfitted with kitchen accessories, towels, pool floats, etc. Nice and close to restaurants. We had a great time overall.

Perfect location

Property is as listed. Everything is within walking distance. Nice to have the pool and especially the hot tub if the weather isn't cooperating. Ongoing construction on the island as they continue to rebuild.

Paradise on Primo

A very nice clean and comfortable property. The pool and area surrounding it were especially nice. We spent a lot of time outside. The location couldn't be more convenient, a very short walk to beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Super location

The entire place was immaculate. Loved all the space, the screened in porch off the main floor, & the huge lanai so well furnished. Everyone spent a good amount of time in the pool & jacuzzi. The dock by the pool was a big plus. We only had to walk about a block to the beach & the downtown area. We'll definitely stay here again.

PERFECT location!

If you want to be close to all the action, there isn't a better spot in FMB! Just a block from all the beach, bars, restaurants and shops this is the ideal location. The pool is perfect for lounging around or playing with the kids. Inside the place was well decorated and furnished. Highly recommend!

This place worked perfectly for our family! Walking distance to the beach and when the kids got sick of the beach came back to the private pool and they swam the rest of the day in the private backyard that has literally everything. Great spot overall. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect Vacation Spot

It was a wonderful stay! Just a block or so away from the beach. We had 7 guests in our party and there was more than enough space to sleep and hang out without being crowded. We rented a boat from a company just around the corner (Sea and Sun Boat Rentals) and being so close made it so easy, we were able to pull up to the dock and load/unload the boat before it was returned. Overall would recommend to anyone looking in this area!

Great Place Great Location

Location, Location, Location. Paradise on Primo is a couple short blocks from beaches, bars and restaurants while being situated in a quiet single family neighborhood. We loved the pool, hot tub, patio and views of the canal. The owners supplied everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to a beach wagon and fishing poles to yoga mats. We had a great week!

Great experience

We totally enjoyed our stay and experience. The host was very quick with any questions we had. The house was great! We would for sure stay here again and definitely recommend. The place was close to the beach and the beaches bars and restaurants, but but down a dead end so basically no traffic. Pool, hot tub, canal with 2 person kayak, private setting, gas grill and more, not certain what more you could ask for!

Great location for adults and kids

My family and I (4 adults, 2 children), stayed for a week and had a great time. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We really appreciated all the outdoor space and especially the pool. The location was great: easy walking distance to Times Square, and anywhere we didn't want to walk to was a quick bike ride away! In spite of being close to the bridge/restaurants/Times Square, the street was quiet. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful House/Pool/Canal Front

We stayed in Paradise on Primo in September 2022. What a beautiful property! House was updated and clean! Had all the supplies you could need. We loved the pool and fishing off of the dock. Short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Coastal Breeze was wonderful to work with. Customer service was top notch!

We had a wonderful time. The home was excellent. Very clean and many accommodations. The pool and hot tub were the highlight for my family along with the kayak. Also enjoyed the location. This was my first time back since Ian and I was amazed at how FMB is trying to come back. There is still some destruction, but FMB has come a long way from that fateful destruction. Hoping to be able to come back next year!!

This is our second year staying at this home. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Very comfortable - pool and hot tub are a great way to spend time with the family after a day at the beach. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of chairs, etc to take to the beach along with beach towels. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need to cook and eat at home. Also an easy walk to the pier and Times Square.

FMB 225 Primo

The property was okay for a rental. A paint job on the doors and baseboards would be a major improvement. Maybe a good scrub would help on the doors. They just give the place kind of a dirty feel. The pool was nice. All was a good experience.

Lovely home with unique location

The home was clean and the pool area was wonderful. The windows and window coverings could use some updating, but the house survived the hurricane well. The pictures were representative of what was in the house and pool. It was within walking distance of some shops and as more restaurants open up it will be even more convenient. The beach was within easy walking distance and there was a grocery store about 2 miles away.

Great location and space

The proximity to the beach was great. We also loved all of the bikes, chairs, fishing gear in the garage that made everything so easy. The pool was nice and the house had more than enough space for our family of 4. The only downsides were that the sheets were a little rough and there was no HDMI cord for the tv in the primary bedroom. We happened to have brought one for my son's video games, so we made it work. These two minor inconveniences were not enough for us to drop the review any stars. The property management company made everything easy and we recommend the property.
