A great location

Excellent home! Great location! Tons of amenities!

Great spacious home and very clean! Excellent neighbor! And they had every amenity- pool floats, beach towels, chairs/umbrellas, good tv/cable!

Amazing home!

We spent an entire week at this home and loved every minute! The pool was so nice and fun! The kitchen was great to cook in! Bedrooms were spacious and beds were so comfy! The main bathroom was wonderful and had an amazing bathtub to relax in! Great home for our Fort Myers vacation!

Great Stay

The pool and view over the lake are beautiful. The house is very well equipped including the kitchen, linens, pool toys, and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The only thing that could be improved are the beds which were not very comfortable.

Lovely vacation home!

This is a lovely home in a very nice neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, etc. It was a perfect location for quiet, sunny days by the pool. We used the grill quite a bit and the lanai area was just perfect for dinners and for morning coffee. We have already booked for next year! We had a couple of small glitches, but Vacasa was incredibly responsive and sent e local person to assist us.

Amazing Villa

This villa is beautiful, it has everything you will need there already, down to lilos! A stunning location with quiet neighbours and close to shops and the beach. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for and is well worth paying a little more for.

Fort Myers trip

My step son had a baseball tournament and it was so nice to come back to the house and have a nice relaxing swim with an amazing view. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The master shower was amazing and the master bed was so comfortable I forgot I had a back problem. We enjoyed every minute of our stay we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely stay again if ever back in Fort Myers.

Sunset fill up is Beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood.

Very nice house with beautiful sunset view. Communications with operations, manager, Doug and property manager Jenna were excellent. The neighborhood was very nice and safe for supervised children to ride bicycles with little traffic. There were two issues we had. Number one was at the pool pump was not working for more than 50% of our stay. Therefore, we did not have a heated pool. The property manager helped us solve this problem. Number to the club fitness of the house on the baseboards in the bedrooms was not satisfactory. Lots of dust and dirt. Also, the outside perimeter of the lanai add not been swept free of insects and leaves. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay along with our family part of the time. Thank you.

Excellent property!

Everything we needed and more! The property was clean and had a beautiful lake we watched the sunset every night. Plenty of lounge chairs for the pool and lots of accessories for the beach! Loved the house!!!! Thank you 😊

Home Away From Home

Boy were we happy we found this house! It really was a home away from home. It was so clean, had everything we could possibly need to make our 2 week stay comfortable and carefree. The home was close to everything and we spent quite a few days just relaxing at home at the pool and grilling dinner. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Property!

Very nice property in a super convenient location. The property is very clean and is just as described. The pool was great! Very relaxing after a hot day in the sun. The location is pretty central in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book this property again next year!

Perfect for the family

This house was beautiful and super convenient. There was a fully stocked kitchen with all of the useful cooking utensils, pots and pans, Tupperware, and gadgets. The garage had every beach toy, chair, float, and even a shop vac to clean the sand out of your car. Bathrooms had lots of extra towels for the home and beach. The kids loved the pool as well! Great sized patio and beautiful table and chairs to relax outdoors in. Literally everything had been thought of in this home. We even enjoyed the game cabinet. Lots of extra pillows and linens in closets as well. We will definitely be back to this one! Close in proximity to many beaches and islands to get variety of shells, animal sitings, and ocean views.

Nice place

Overall this is a great place. Nice and safe neighborhood. The pool was crystal clear and fantastic. Pretty close to beaches. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessed. Couple things could be attended to in home but nothing major. Would consider coming back.

This property was just as described. The house had everything we needed. It is a perfect distance from beaches, restaurants and stores. Close enough to everything, but away from the busyness.
