Wish we didn't have to pay for "front row seating" by the pool or in front of the ocean. The resort fee should cover all of that. The cabanas make sense to pay for, so they arn't always taken, and to keep them nice. There were no ice filling stations. (The ice in our freezer smelled like fish) I love how they are both kid friendly and luxury(adults only) at the same time. Advertised 30% off of spa treatments, but wouldn't let my daughter (10 years get a massage with me, and then when we asked to schedule pedicures instead, they didn't have staff for pedicures for either of us... The food was decent, but there were more fancy options. I would like more options for kids, or even picky eaters in general. Overall was a wonderful stay. I will add the ENTIRE staff was some of the most kind, considerate, welcoming, informative, and friendly staff members out of any hotel I have ever stayed! Bravo for hiring wonderful people!

The one bedroom villa was nice because there was a washer/dryer in the room. The only negative was the balcony was a little small and there wasn’t a lot of places to hang wet items. There are 2 closets in the bedroom. I’d recommend bringing extra hanger with you & you can hang wet stuff in the closets. There is a lot of empty wall space that they could add hooks/ more bars. The main pool was nice but there are constant footballs being thrown so we didn’t utilize it that much. We had a child so we couldn’t do the adult pool but the middle pool was a little more calm so we used that one mostly. We are used to staying somewhere that you can’t throw stuff in the pools. It’s not relaxing to be worrying about getting hit in the head. I just found a room charge that didn’t belong to us on my itemized list so I’d suggest getting a print out of that and look at it closely. It was for the gift shop, $165. We went to the gift shop once & spent $9 and didn’t room charge. They charged it to the wrong room. They are supposed to be pulling the ticket & calling me back today so we’ll see how that goes. Overall nice place. The ocean was murky from all the rain. It’s not really walkable to other restaurants but you can easily get a rideshare or use the trolley. It’s about a mile walk which isn’t bad if it’s not super hot. We enjoyed Tripping Rides that picks you up in a golf cart. You can also rent golf carts from the resort. That was our first stay. We’d probably come back!

We wanted to kayak and it called for rain and even though it didn’t rain the staff would not bring out the kayaks even though it was our last day. Very disappointed. The events could use a more lively atmosphere. Went to a margarita party there was no music. It really was more of an event to get people to sign up for timeshares which was not shared and there was no effort to make it fun. Everything is way over priced. Would have purchased more if prices weren’t so high. We left resort for more better drinks and food that more affordable and better atmosphere.

Room was clean and beds comfy. AC worked great. Had all the things you needed at the resort and in the room. Uber n DoorDash was quick and easy for anything else you might want. You really don’t need to leave to resort if you don’t want to. Automatic gratuities were high tho … so you will be paying a premium for that. I would totally come back tho !

It was absolutely fantastic! We will be there next September and will be bringing more family with us. Please remember me if you have any special offers. The only thing that would have made it better is we were staying in the third building with the adult pool and we would love to have gone in and out of the gate by our building. It was a long walk around by the first building.

Property was well maintained….. clean, pleasant, so many amenities. Breakfast was exceptional. Poolside service, room service. They did not miss anything! New mattress in our unit and all of the personnel were friendly, helpful and efficient! I honestly can not think of one negative comment. So thankful they made a great comeback and I hope to return soon!
