You live on First Street, with views on First Street, and with one restaurant in the building and many more right on First Street. If you are not familiar with the vibrant scene in this sought-after hailed historic district, please learn more here: https://www.myriverdistrict.com - you will be thrilled. Please note there is no elevator. A designated parking spot in the parking garage behind the building is included. Downtown Fort Myers and the River District feature many unique art galleries, restaurants, bars, and boutiques! This loft exudes a truly unique atmosphere that you just cannot find in a new building!
PLEASE NOTE: minimum is 30 nights!

PLEASE NOTE: ALL rentals have to be approved by the condo association at least 3 weeks prior to guests arrival.
