"Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Pool is clean but quite a few sun loungers were broken. Accommodation was clean and all the basics were there and air con was great! The grounds look tired and need some attention. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant near the beach and there is a small supermarket nearby the beach. "

The setting in Gien is perfect, with both easy access to the village and also front line access to the sea via the well maintained gardens, pool & bathing platforms. The pool area and coastline are magical. The service from all of the Le Provencal team was helpful and friendly, of particular note was the 'pool manager'.
