"The Atrium portion with swimming pool, trees, hot tub… is really nice. The room was clean but it has been a long time since things were updated and maintenance and updates are due in some areas. We enjoyed our stay, but it is not a a 5 star hotel. If you are coming from a stay at Big Bend or the desert, the Oasis pool area does feel like an oasis. "

"I saw several dead bugs in the room. The chair by the bed was fabric, and it was filthy/stained. The bathtub was rusted. The room was by the stairs, and all I could hear all early morning (trying to sleep) was people running up and down the stairs. The breakfast was a joke, and most things were out. When I asked for milk (the jug was on the counter empty), she just said that's all we had. Terrible"

"The floor was so sticky we had to lay all our towles down to walk on. We could not even take a shower it was not clean at all. If i had another option i would have not stayed. I would have been better to sleep in my truck. The ac never even cooled the room down"
