This recently renovated condo boasts beautiful kitchen, updated bathrooms, walk-in master shower, king bed (New Mattress Oct 2022), flatscreen HD Smart TVs with upgraded media package and hallway bunks.

After a day at the beach enjoy a dip in the pool, walk or rent a bike and ride to Seaside to enjoy the wonderful shops and restaurants along 30A.

Bike rentals just across 30A and chairs/umbrella rentals available beach side.

Relaxing at The Palms at Seagrove C2
This was our first time to visit and we loved staying in the Seagrove area. The condo was in a great location and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful with white sand and emerald-green water. The Lacey's were wonderful hosts. They communicated often and offered to help with anything that we might need. The condo was very clean and the decor was perfect for a coastal location right on the beach. Everything you might need while on vacation was provided. Renting beach chairs with an umbrella was super easy (tip: they only take cash to pay for the rental). We also recommend visiting the other beaches in the area. There were plenty of shops and restaurants. Restaurant favorites: The Melt Down and Pickle's in Seaside; The Perfect Pig in Watercolor or Seagrove (breakfast favorite); Mimmo's (Italian) in Santa Rosa; Amigo's Mexican Kitchen in Rosemary. My husband and I had a wonderful time! Don't hesitate to stay in Seagrove at The Palm's C2. We will be back! Kevin & Katherine

What a awesome place to stay. It is close enough to all the dining and activities for a short walk or bike ride. When I hear "on the beach", this is what I am wanting. From the back door to the sand is less than 30 yards. Owners were awesome and quick to respond.

The Palms at Seagrove is our favorite place to stay! This condo is top notch! Right in the beach just steps from the sand. Ocean view! It is Beautifully remodeled throughout! Our family of 4 had a great stay and will stay again! :)

Great spot for some peace and quiet at the Beach!
We are an active 70+ couple, but we're past the days of sunburns, too much beer, and really don't miss the loud music either.....If you're like us, this spot is great! Easy parking, GROUND FLOOR access, lawn in back, easy access to the beach, and quiet.....I mean really quiet....The hurricane-proof sliding doors block both wind and sound coming from the ocean when you're done enjoying it for the day. The location is just far enough away from the restaurants to not here them, but still close enough to walk. Amenities are excellent, condition is excellent. One the best-fit places we've stayed for an enjoyable long weekend (5 days).

Wonderful experience!
This was our first stay in the Santa Rosa Beach area. The accommodations were perfect for my husband and me! Loved sitting outside on our little patio. Watching the water, catching some rays and reading. The kitchen was very well appointed. We were close to any type of restaurant we could ask for! We will definitely be back next year! Thanks to our hosts the Lacey’s!

Great property
We enjoy the condo, we’d stay at the Palms before but not at this particular unit, it was nicely furnished and well stocked with everything we needed. The view and ease to the beach is fantastic and the grounds are well maintained. The furniture was comfortable and so was the bed. The kitchen had everything needed. We’ll be back! The HOA should put lines in the parking area, it would help with parking and there were areas on the stairs down to the beach that were loose, too.
