In had no issues with the property as a whole. The unit i booked was perfect but on day 2 had a ceiling leak. So i called the front office around 8am. Someone came about an hour later. So we left to enjoy our day while they worked on it. In the meantime they were trying to get in touch we me to let me know they were moving me to another unit. For some reason i kept missing them.(not their fault) My problem was every time i called back, no one knew what i was talking about. Finally got someone who did know around 8pm and was finally moved. My problem is they push this app so much but if you have an emergency or need to talk to someone directly, there is no way to do that. Calling the front desk is basically to the operator and its just hard to get to someone to help. I spent most of that day trying to get moved instead of enjoying my trip. After all of that, the condo we moved to wasn't nearly as nice as the first one. So was a little disappointed the rest of the trip.
