Pool heating is available upon request for $50 per night. Pool heating must be confirmed at least 48 hours before check in. We do not offer partial days of heating.
Please let us know if you have any questions, an acceptance of the booking is an agreement to the below rules.

- No smoking inside; however, smoking is permitted outside of the home but dispose of cigarette butts in the trash. Damage to furniture from hot ash will result in a fee. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a fee.

- No parties. Be respectful towards the neighbors by avoiding loud music throughout the night.

- No unauthorized guests. The reservation must be accurate to include number of children, infants, and pets. There is a $30 fee per night, per guest for any unauthorized guests.

- There will be video surveillance in the front and sides of the property. We respect our guest`s privacy, so no video is in or aimed inside of the home. A $400 fine will be issued if any of the cameras are covered/damaged.

- Children must never be left alone, direct
supervision is required.

- If you are bringing your pet (Pet included in
reservation required)
o Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture
o Pick up after your pet
o Do not leave your pet unattended in the house, if unable to watch your pet, they must be crated or left in the back yard with food and water
o There is a $150 flat pet fee per reservation, not per pet.

- If using the Hot Tub
o Please Rinse off in the outdoor shower adjacent to the hot tub before use, this will ensure hot tub stays sanitary and soap and oil free for your stay.

- If using the Pool
o Do not bring any foreign objects into the pool (ie. sand, mud, debris, drinks)
o Pool heating is available upon request for $50 per night x nights of your entire stay, pool heating must be confirmed at least 48 hours before check in. We do not offer partial days of heating.

-If using the Grill
o Clean grill after use and let us know if more propane is needed, it is complimentary! A dirty grill upon check out will result in $50 extra cleaning fee.
