Great stay, beautiful Beach

It was everything we could have imagined! The beach was clean and the pathways were swept daily to keep the sand from piling up on the walkways and pool areas. The pool space was fit for all types of swimming levels and ages. Would stay here again, and again!

Wonderful condo

This was a great condo that was just perfect for me, my wife, my two parents-in-law, and the kids. It was steps from the beach, and we loved seeing the waves from the condo every day.

Perfect location on the property

This is the third Waterscape condo we’ve stayed in and it’s without a doubt the best. The views, the access, and the amenities are outstanding. I do wish the bedrooms were set up a bit differently but they worked well for our large family. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back!

This condo is awesome. It was clean, has any kitchen appliance you may need, washer/ dryer, bathrooms attached to every bedroom plus an extra half bath. Every room has an ocean view. Great location right by the pools and beach. Perfect for kids, we had our 18 month old with us and he had so much fun.

Fantastic

Great location within Waterscapes. Close to the beach on ground floor. Less pool noise than other condos. Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and breathtaking view. Would definitely book again.

Great location

We loved being on the first floor and having walkout access to the beach. The unit itself could use a little updating. The kitchen cabinets were older and scratched up and the drawers were beat up. The living room furniture felt a little old as well. Overall we really liked this unit (beds were really comfortable).

Best condo at Waterscape

This was our first trip to waterscape in the winter time. We are usually there in the summer when is extremely crowded. We will be aiming to go back to waterscape in the winter as it was much more enjoyable.

Amazing view and easy access to beach and pool

We loved this unit! The best part is the view of the beach and ocean. Floor to ceiling windows across most of the ocean facing side provided an unobstructed view of the ocean from the time we woke up until we went to bed. My wife loved that she could lay in bed and look at the ocean. Since the unit is on the ground floor with a path to the beach right outside, you can literally get from the couch to the beach or the pool in under a minute through the patio door. We loved that our kids could come and go to them easily throughout the day. No long walk down the hall and waiting for the elevator. We could watch them playing at the beach from inside our room. The room is nicely decorated, comfortably furnished, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great place!

This is our second time at waterscape and first time at this unit. We absolutely loved it! It was super clean, kurig and coffee pot, plenty of dishes/cups, grilling utensils. It was so nice being on the first floor too with some extra room outside for the kids to run around. The wrap around porch was really cool and the view of the ocean inside the unit was amazing. Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Family Trip!

The condo was perfect for my family of 6 + my mother in law! We already plan on renting again next year!! The location of this particular condo is fantastic for a short walk to all of the amenities (pools & beach). The place was clean and well stocked with supplies needed for our 4 day stay - we had no complaints!

Annual beach trip

We love this place for an annual beach trip with our kids. It’s so close to the beautiful, soft-sand beach and has lots of pools to keep the kids happy. We don’t every have to leave the property because we enjoy the beach, the pools, and relaxing in the condo.

Beautiful!!

If you are looking for an amazing view of the ocean and steps away from beach and pool, this is the place!! It’s the closest condo in complex to the pool and beach, you can’t beat it. The condo was clean and comfortable. The bunk room was so fun for my toddler. He loved having his own little nook and it even has a TV in each bunk. The complex was great, the pools and lazy river were amazing. A little tiki hut bar and restaurant right by the pool was great. Perfect getaway for families, everything was super kid friendly. We will be back again!

Great location but could use maintenance

We've booked this condo now for 5 years and this year it seems to need some maintenance improvements for the price you pay, Called 4 times in regards to lighting issues and was finally told it's a hoa problem not a Vacasa problem. Pipes in the wall by the bunk room sounded like they were trying to come through the walls at 3am. Could use a deep cleaning as well. We are hoping the improvements are done for our next visit with better communication between Vacasa and the HOA

Expectations were met. Great place to stay!

Our expectations were met in so many ways. Starting with the amazing views and convenience of our main level condo. We stayed in unit B100. Patio access and beach views from every bedroom. Boardwalk/beach access and pools very short walk from the unit. The pools are nice and white sand beaches were great. Kitchen and unit overall was nice with most everything you need for a comfortable stay. The front desk gals were extremely helpful and polite. We had ordered a home chef delivery in advance to our trip, and when it arrived they sent me a text notifying I could come down and get our food delivery. Anything we needed they were on it. That’s white glove treatment. Several pools onsite including a lazy river, tiki bar and grill, and several bbq grills throughout. Next time we will bring food to BBQ instead of cooking in our unit. Walking distance to several restaurants across the street as well. We would def recommend this place, and will consider staying here again in the future!
