Great location and nice condo

Condo was nice! Great location and great amenities. The only thing I would change is to provide a dust pan and a better vacuum cleaner. Most people don’t clean on vacation but with a toddler and sand I like to clean up the messes each day. Thanks for having us. Looking forward to coming back to waterscapes!

Loved the beach location and heated pool

We stayed at the condo in February, so the lazy river and big pool were a bit too cold for us. We enjoyed the beach location and heated pool and hot tub. The condo was a great size, equipped with most everything we needed (but not a hair dryer, oddly enough). Check in and check out were smooth, and the kids loved the bunk beds. Condo was a bit dated and mostly had views of the building next door, but we could see a bit of the ocean as well.

Great place

Great location for the beach and restaurants. The room was up to date and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Beautiful, big bathrooms. Pool and lazy river were clean and fun. The only thing we needed was a broom but there's a vacuum cleaner provided. Loved it and would stay in this unit again. Very convenient being on first floor. No view but we didn't stay in the room anyway.

This condo was clean and nice. It doesn’t have a great view, but is convenient being on the 1st floor and close to the pools and ocean. The only thing is I would recommend you bring a couple of your own skillets because the ones in the condo are worn out.

our family loved A105. A++! Great location on the ground floor (no riding elevators with little ones), condo was very quiet, a/c worked great, super easy access to the pools. The queen bed made sqeaky sounds. Don’t forget your coffee filters.

Nice condo/ chaotic resort

The condo was nice. It is stocked with the basics. You cannot walk off the back balcony to access the beach. I do think it’s important to highlight the constant drama at the complex. The police were on site every night- usually multiple times. The security staff isn’t real interested in keeping guest safe, instead they place a greater priority in making sure chairs are not held. I can make these claims because a guest staying with us was assaulted. A 14 year old kid stuck in the face so hard we had to call the sheriffs office and go to the er. Security was able to identify the aggressor and get supporting stories, but was unable to “do anything about it”. For 3 additional days we had to watch this person walk outside our condo door- all while security just let it go. If you want to have a good time, go to waterscape. If you want to feel comfortable letting your kids walk by the pool- not sure if this is the spot. I am not one to leave poor reviews, but safety, especially guest safety should be the top priority.

Great location and condo

We loved the location and privacy at this unit. The view from the balcony isn’t great but at least we didn’t have people staring at us like other areas of the building. The pools are great and it’s a short walk to the beach. There were only a couple of negatives. One was that we could have used a map BEFORE arrival to make getting to the unit more easy. The parking garage is dark and it’s hard to know where to go when getting there. Secondly, the grills did not light easily without using a separate lighter but the front desk was helpful and said that a security team member would light them if needed. We just bought a lighter instead. Overall we had a great time!

Perfect location!

Came for a cheer competition and it was the perfect location! Walked to the venue and dining. Pool was great for hanging out with the framily. Condo had everything we needed and very clean.

Great place for family

This is our third year here. Everything works and is clean. Perfectly located near a Publix, right next to the beach and a great pool/lazy river in the middle.

The beach is the only thing that makes this location worth it

The apartment itself was very nice and clean. The bathroom’s definitely could have been cleaner. The oven in our kitchen was held together by one screw and when we tried to open the door the handle and facade fell off. Vacasa was good about getting someone over first thing in the morning to fix it. The building was disgusting. We noted several cockroaches around the interior and exterior. The hallway smelled like rotting garbage all weekend. Definitely not a place I would return or recommend.

Waterscape is our home away from home!

We love the easy access to the beach, the amenities, and the overall atmosphere of this place! I do wish there were lockers out along pool area for personal belongings, I think this would help with people reserving chairs all day as well. Our particular unit A107 was tidy, and everything worked the way it was supposed to.

Great visit!

Would definitely stay here again. This was our second stay at Waterscape, first stay in this unit. It's nice that it is on the ground floor and towards the beach, making it really easy to get to the pools and the beach. Waterscapes amenities are fabulous, and this unit was great too. No Keurig/single cup coffee maker, so be prepared to make a full pot of coffee if you need it. Also, we couldn't find a dust pan...there was a broom, but it made it hard to keep all the sand swept up! Other than that, we had no issues at all. It was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunks and the large bathtubs! We loved that the patio was away from the pool side/on the back side of the building, so that it was QUIET and relaxing without any people walking by!
