Island Princess #701 Ft. Walton Beach

This was a great condo in a great location on Okaloosa Island. Gorgeous ocean view from the 7th floor balcony. The unit was very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. A separate bath for each bedroom is a big plus. A very short drive to great restaurants and attractions.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental. Absolutely fit all our needs with me, my wife, son, daughter-in-law, and our two grandkids. Roomy enough for everyone and still provided a home like atmosphere. This was a clean rental and everything we needed was available. The view was amazing and just a short trip to the beach. I also enjoyed the free rounds of golf that were provided at some good courses. I would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice condo with a great view. These ratings reflect the cleanliness. Some of the items in the kitchen had to be rewashed and the floor had a greasy and gritty feel. It was nice to have an elevator at the room but when it breaks down that is not good. The squeaking noise it makes is bad for the ones sleeping in the front bedroom. Need to maintain the elevators which is really on the Island Princess not B & S. Overall enjoyed our stay. The guys that take care of your beach chairs are Great and the pool is very nice.
