Ocean view condo, Lazy River & Beach, Destin West

From your unit on the Gulf side of the resort, enjoy the spectacular ocean view, award winning lazy river, and many pools in this family friendly Destin West Beach and Bay Resort with private beach area. Your unit is a couple blocks from Gulfarium Marine Adventure park, where you can swimming with dolphins. Enjoy the Broadwalk Okaloosa Island with seaside shops, eats, and entertainment within a block. Okaloosa Island fishing pier is within 2 blocks for fishing enthusiasts.

The unit is Beachfront, has balcony with pool and ocean view, full kitchen, washer/dryer, Smart TVs, Wifi, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler box (for off season or additional guests). Master bedroom has king bed. Bunkbeds have smart TV and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The unit has 2 bathrooms.

The resort has 2 buildings connected with skywalk. Our unit is on the south/gulf-front and oceanfront. Gulf-front amenities include a 5,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool, a kiddie pool, and hot tub, as well as a fitness center and barbecue grilling amenities.

Walk to the Bay side, you will find more fantastic amenities consisting of a lazy river (not heated), a central pool with waterfall (heated), two over-sized hot tubs, gradual incline pool for the little ones, spray park and additional barbecue grilling amenities, all featuring gorgeous views of the Bay.

HOUSE RULES
- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private set ups are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
- We do not provide beach towel and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo.
- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.
- Please leave the wristbands and parking pass to the unit upon check-out. Lost wristbands are subject to $10/wristband fee.
