Beautiful condo

Beautiful View of Gulf

This was the 4th year we have stayed in this lovely 3 bedroom condo for the winter (5 weeks). We will return next year to enjoy the Florida sunshine while it snows back home. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo.

Beautiful Vacation Rental

Waterscape has everything. Great for Families, Couples and Seniors. Local restaurants were great also. The beach views were amazing from this unit. The unit was fully equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms and very clean. We would definitely come back.

Loved our stay!

Condo has plenty of room, balcony is spacious and the view is absolutely amazing! This was our first time to the Emerald Coast and the location is close to everywhere from Pensacola to the West to Panama City Beach to the East. Check in process is so easy and the communication was great start to finish. Will definitely be back to enjoy the amenities as not all the pools were open in the off season. The beach is just steps away and sugary soft!!

The biggest thing about this place is the convenience to the beach and the pool. Such a great location for a family with young children.

Waterscape B602

This was our 3rd consecutive year coming to waterscape and this condo by far was our favorite! The view was spectacular and the beach/pool access was the easiest we have had! The condo itself had everything we needed and our whole family enjoyed our stay! We will be on the lookout for this condo next year for sure!

Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Waterscape with children & grandchildren. The stunning view, beach, and pools were wonderful. We appreciated your recommendations for restaurants (Fubar & Stewbys) and sightseeing (pier & Elgin Air Force Armament Museum). Our granddaughter's response, "Best vacation ever!"

Perfect location

Waterscape is always the best spot for a family vacation but B602 made our stay even more enjoyable. It has one of the best views and the location of the unit is very convenient to both the beach and pool. There is plenty of space for you to relax on the balcony and all the bedrooms were accommodating. Communication with owner was easy, the condo was clean and ready for check-in. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Another Great Stay

This is our second time in B-602, it's been repainted and new furniture. It was again, a great stay. Plenty of amenities - sand toys, pool and ocean floats, and a fully equipped kitchen. This is a great unit, clean, with tons of space for everyone to sleep. The large laundry room is perfect when you come off the beach and the kids are soaking wet. Overall, Waterscapes is a great place for families, quiet in the evenings and minutes away from great places to eat in Ft. Walton and Destin.

Family Vacation

We loved all the space for our family of 10. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The best part of the vacation was sitting on the balcony with the best view of the ocean. The worst past of the vacation was crossing the street to go to dinner! Not a walker friendly road.

I’ve stayed at this complex in the past but first time in this unit. Definitely the best unit to date!! Nicely furnished, stocked kitchen, amazing view, and super convenient to beach & pool. Loved that chairs & umbrellas on beach were included. That was an excellent bonus! Highly, highly recommend this unit!

Paradise

This property is amazing. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean. We had 4adults and two kids and there was more than enough room. The only thing that was strange was the second bath was in the queen room and not the king but we adjusted. We could of had two more adults with us since the bunk beds were in a separate area. We have stayed in the area several times and this property is great when you have kids. Marina cafe in Destin is amazing and we went to McGuires twice

We will be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location and building amenities were perfect for our family. The condo provided everything we needed for ourselves and our 3 children. We were very comfortable and our kids loved the bunk beds. The view was amazing. Even though it was a bit chilly, the warm pool and hot tubs were perfect. We utilized the convenience of the food stand. We are hoping to return in the not too distant future.

The condo was just as pictured with a beautiful east facing view. Comfortable and roomy enough for our family of 6. Another unit blocks your view to the east, but we didn't mind since it gave us shade in the evening. David was quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect location, beautiful condo!

Our family of 5 had the most amazing vacation! We are mom, dad, grandpa and 2 preteen girls. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and everything was really clean! The view was perfect, we spent A LOT of time on the balcony. We were able to cook most nights and had had all the tools/utensils we needed. The elevator was right outside our door which made it really easy to get to the beach and back. We were always able to find chairs, which thankfully were included with the condo. The pools were great although we spent all our time on the pristine beach. We walked daily to the pier which was fairly close and also restaurants. We loved everything about Waterscape and Ookaloosa Island and will definitely be back next year!

Great unit with everything you'll need!

This unit could not have been better! The unit was very clean and well appointed with all the creature comforts you could need. The 3 bedrooms are great, with 2 of the 3 bedrooms providing en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is outfitted with plenty of storage for snacks and food along with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans for any cooking you may be doing while you stay. The have a standard coffee maker and a blender - for morning coffee and afternoon blended beverages. The balcony is fantastic and you will enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee. I have to say one of the highlight features is the spacious laundry room with plenty of additional storage, a sink, and washer/dryer. I cannot stress the how nice a feature this is - located almost directly as you walk in its the perfect place to deposit your sandy, wet beach gear before you traipse through the unit. The unit is quiet and located directly across the main hall from the elevator which easily deposits you on the first floor near the lazy river. Teresa and David are gracious owners who are attentive and followup to make sure you have the best stay! They provide a great binder full of local restaurants and menus. A good start if you haven't done your own research. But do your research there are great restaurants in Ft Walton and Destin, some are right outside Waterscape. Waterscape: We have stayed here multiple times and between the features offered at the resort and its proximity to Destin/Sandestin & Pensacola make it an ideal location for families to vacation. The resort is kept clean, well organized and with quiet hours so all the little ones can get the rest they need to enjoy the days ahead. There is a Publix (grocery store) less than 3 miles from the resort makes it super easy to get all the foodstuffs you need. Overall: Overall this is a great unit - if you're looking for this setup: 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus two bunks this is the place for you. Has a great layout and includes all the items you'll need.
