“Room was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with laundry detergent if you need to throw in a load. Pool was great and is open 11-8. Plenty of parking (pd) around the building—it is easier to see what is available before it gets dark. Metro blue line stop is less than 5 minutes walking and you can even go through the Marriott lobby to get underground there. Such an easy home base to get to all the sights in DC with the closeness of the Metro……

“Needed a place close to my brother's home. This was absolutely perfect. Beautiful lush greenery out the back. If i used the hottub it would have been very serene. The bed was super comfortable with the bathroom attached that had been incredibly appointed. Hot eater was instantaneous with great wster pressure for a relaxing end to the day. Owners on-site could not have been nicer and accommodating early arrival. ”

“We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed while we were there. It was nice and cool to relax in after long days of sightseeing. Great location, too! We walked to the Capitol one morning (20 min) and the rest of our days we walked to Eastern Market metro line (also 20 min). If we find ourselves in DC again, we’ll definitely stay here! ”

“Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. ”

“Excellent location with an easy walk to metro. Accommodations were top notch and the security desk was very helpful. We arrived late (11p) and had no issues checking info in; also a dedicated and secure parking space was ideal for us. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.The only recommendation is to provide a pitcher for water, maybe an ice tray and some tumblers.”

“All went well, check in was easy and space was clean and cozy. Great communication with the owner. Loved that our 18 year old had his own space at night with the extra room. Nice big and fully stocked kitchen since we cook all our own meals. The living room space was comfortable for all of us to just hang out. The view with the large windows was pretty and relaxing. Great find!!!”

“Note the signs for street cleaning days before parking; we had no issue there. The address that popped up on the Maps site the day before was for the VRBO across the street, but Tambor got us straightened out. You may just want to check the address when you message ahead of time. The apartment is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.”
