“The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. ”

The host provided clean and comfortable bedding, towels, and toiletries. The location was perfect and convenient to all major highways, with plenty of parking. ”

“This is a great property and a great location. Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions I had and the check in and out was a breeze. The only small inconvenience was the parking. The parking is a short walk which is great once you're checked in but it's a roll of the dice whether you can park near the property to load and unload luggage. This is right in the heart of Old Town which is great, just be aware that depending on your time of arrival you may not be able to park close for……

“The hosts for this property are wonderful! VRBO did not send us the code and instructions for check in, but when we messaged the hosts they responded very quickly and got my family in the property right away. Every response we got from them was helpful and so friendly. We were happy with the property. We did not realize how steep the stairs were going to be, but thankfully the hosts have a full bed and bath on the entry level, which worked great for my mom who struggles to get up and down……

“Beautiful little house! The decor was interesting and colorful. The beds were very comfortable and there was room in the living area for everyone to sit comfortably. The kitchen was well appointed. Parking was easy and it was a quick little walk to the metro. Very nice!”

“The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. (There was a bus stop right by the apartment but we just walked.) We could hear the first day care kids arrive in the morning and thought it……
