Rooms, especially the bathrooms were super tiny. Shower was barely enough to stand, and to stop the water not going everywhere they had these curtains which made the small shower very dark. It is ok as we stayed only one night.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The apartments are actually on a road behind the hotel, not inside the hotel. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our group of four. Quiet and clean with good amenities. We had free parking in front of the apartments. Would recommend if you need room for a family.

Stunning location, very clean, lovely staff in the main hotel. The apartments feel like a bit of an odd outpost/after thought and wasn't as four star as the main hotel. We had some maintenance issues with our apartment which were partly resolved while we were staying, though it was concerning that the cleaners hadn't reported any of them (particularly heavy radiator falling off the wall, bathroom door unable to open more than half way).

Dogs barking in the hallway at 6am. Paid over $300 CDN a night for no breakfast, queen sized bed, and a pullout bed from the couch. Every 8 to 10 minutes a blower would go off outside. I do not recommend this overyly priced hotel at all!

The hotel is modern, clean and tidy. Good location. Staff attitude in checking in not great. We had a breakdown on way here and i phoned forward to let them know we woukd be late. No parking spaces available on arrival ans wife had injury to leg that reduced her ability to walk. Staff member said "youll have to drop her off and park elsewhere" . Asked where i could get food at 945 pm, staff member sucked teeth shook head and pointed out a local restaurant which wasnt able to help. No direction to elsewhere. In street parking restricted and nearby car park very dark not many cars there no visible security or cctv. In summary hotel needs sufficient parking for guests. Staff attitude could have been better
