I understand...it was a remote location compared to other hotel. No multiple choices of food near by the Diary Queen was...okay. The problem I had was the dog hair from to bed spread getting on my black sweat pants. I had to remove it from the bed because my clothes kept getting messed up.

It was clean and reasonable for the price good place to stay over night and use the basics. The only part hard for me Was understanding the clerks, they tried their best and well as I did to understand what they were saying while checking in. Other that that good.

Noisy air conditioner, especially when starts up. Shower has/had low water pressure. Daylight around door. Broken security lock on door. Wifi doesn't have separation turned on as when connected got deluged a few moments later with dozens of IP probes. Not the first time I have been here, but I think it will be the last. It's biggest benefit is that is close to my son, allowing me to spend as much time as I can.

The door stuck, making it difficult to open and close, and the deadbolt wouldn’t work. (The clerk came to the room and looked at the door, saying he’d have it fixed the next morning. Didn’t happen) The toilet seat was loose, and the toilet itself was loose from the floor. The tub was stained, as were the sheets and blankets, although they appeared clean.

It was close to my job site. I drove 5 hours directly to the hotel. They canceled my reservation because of busted plumbing. Anthony said he called but I couldn't pick up while I was driving. The number for Motel 6 was nit on the ID. He was not very helpful and argumentative. I have not encountered that kind of hostility and I was very tired from my long drive. It was dark. None of the nearby businesses were lit up. I had to call at 6 pm to find another hotel last minute. Thankfully my daughter was able to locate a clean, friendly, Best Western hotel in Decature 18 minutes away.

I stayed 3 nights and the bed linens had cigarette holes, room smelled of smoke, tv remote didn’t work and was held together with tape, dirty bathroom and floor, there were holes in the walls, there was a broken shelf just leaning in the corner. By far the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at.

This is my 2nd stay at this property. Recently remodeled. The AC system is GREAT and the rooms are clean and sound-proof. My last visit was ok but this stay was even better. Will definitely return.

Room was fairly clean, but not maintained. Room smells like smoke,, door lock is broke, door doesn't seal, holes / pock marks in walls... MISSING SMOKE ALARM!, some large fan or similar starts at 7am with obligatory minute of squealing belt (near the far end of building). On plus side, no indications of bed bugs, pleasant staff despite 10:15pm check in, very high water pressure - almost painful, AC felt capable of throwing ice cubes. Reservation was given away, dbl queen subbed for single king. No coffee pot or hair dryer. Probably won't be back, at least not until rooms are updated and maintenance caught up.

Read previous recent reviews but found no bedbugs, at least not in smoking room #116. Window couldnt completely shut and bath faucet was very loose. The bed was very comfortable & the A/C in the Texas summer 100+ heat, was cold.

First I know I picked the room with two Queen beds and I can assure you they were actually fulls. One didn’t have the headboard attached bc it was against the wall on the floor by the window. There was no plug for the bathtub. Only had 3 pillows for two beds. It was a mess.

We reserved this property because it is pet-friendly and we thought had room to park our camper trailer. There really isn't room to park a camper, and we had to park a few streets away next to the Dairy Queen. Not ideal. It was pet friendly, but there seem to be a few residents living there full time that had dogs that were constantly barking. The room was basic but clean, but we had to keep having the toilet plunged. It was affordable, I guess you get what you pay for.

Fairly clean. Customer service was awful. Manager Jay overcharged us. Claimed we "changed the reservation" which was totally false. I sent him overwhelming evidence that there was no change but he didn't care. Very rude man. DON'T STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Also, told them the smoke alarm had been ripped out of the wall. They did not seem to care. Also, the tv remote did not work. When we complained they didn't care at all. One nice man did show us that you had to turn on and change the tv channels on the tv without using the remote. Wouldn't you think they would have a card that explained that to the customers or simply replace the remote? No, that would be too good of customer service for this place. We stayed there about 6 nights in 2021 and 7 nights in 2022 and this is how we are treated. Overcharged $166.

DON NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE SCAMS!!!!!!!
They put me in a room with a broken bed and blamed it on my 4yrs and 6yrs of age and did an unauthorized charge of $250 plus the rest of my duration of my stay which was and additional 150 they are scams they allowed my neighbor which was a man to come knocking on my room door talking crap to me and my children about me calling for a loud noises because the neighbors were fighting and hitting my wall sooo hard to the point where it was shaking my head on the headboard I will never go back here and I don’t recommend they for a good stay
