「Where do I begin: we stayed at the TRU hotel which is connected to the Home2Suites hotel and both are owned by Hilton ! Now for the negatives: our room had no coffee supplies so we couldn’t make a cup of coffee without going to the lobby, the room had to drawers to use for clothing and there was no extra roll of toilet paper so my husband had to go to the lobby to acquire one!!! The food was the usual, scrambled eggs, toast , sausage. Perhaps checking out in a Monday is the reason. We will...

「The staff was nice. The floors had a residue on them so I didn’t want to walk without my sandals in the room. There was dried blood on a blanket. You can tell it had been washed, but that was gross. To use the electricity you had to keep the keycard in the wall. Also, I think someone was living in their car in the parking lot. 」

「The check-in was quick and easy. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. All the staff was very pleasant and kind.」

「Wonderful hotel. Staff was great. The rooms were clean and cool. We stayed for the elite 8 game and it was a perfect location. 」
