The location was excellent, very clean, nice restaurant. Only two things that got disappointed, we are 2 people in the room, when I went asking for a second key, the guy said was R$10 extra fee. My friend wanted to take some black coffee to our room, they said was a charge as a to go coffee.

For the price this was a very good hotel. The room/ appartment was very spacious. For a family of 4 our kids had their own room with a separate bathroom. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

they have a induction stove without pan or any pots so it defeat the purpose of having a kitchen. They should add microwave. The small fridge was full of they stuff(for sale) so we couldn't use it either

Nice hotel located one block from Iracema beach. Rooms are very clean, spacious with partial ocean views, and full views of Avenida Abolicao. Great breakfast buffet included with room rate, and the friendliest hotel staff in town.

Like to mention that everything p.e. restaurants, cambio, supermarket , the beach etc. is at easy reach. Breakfast en lunch are well served and the price is right. I did not experience anything which I should dislike or not aware of. I highly recommend this property to family and friends. Finally this hotel is now on my favorite list.

You will not be disappointed

As soon as I arrived, I was helped by a friendly front desk staff (who spoke English as my Portuguese isn't fluent). Maria checked me in and was fantastic. Explaining the property as well as giving me ideas of things to do. The room was exactly as the pictures. Clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The view was amazing and was nice to have a small balcony to enjoy. The only two things I wish I had known before are that there is no coffee maker in the room (there is an included breakfast buffet but I like my coffee first thing as I am getting ready) and there is a safe in the room but you have to pay extra daily for the lock. I wish this information was included in the original posting. These are small gripes that have no effect on my overall experience. I loved this hotel and the city and will be returning in the future. Thank you for making my vacation an incredible one

Very good location, awful front desk staff, i was harassed every time i get into my room asking if i am staying at the hotel n which room, then they double check everything, this was my 2nd time at this hotel they did it last year is well, I won’t be making the same mistake next year. Some of the staff are very very rude with zero manners, the staff made me feel uncomfortable on my stay, not a very good holiday.
