Beautiful villa "Stefano", 2 storeys, detached, built in 2010. 1 km from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 1.3 km from the sea. Private: well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, burglar alarm system, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 15.Apr.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning 2 times per week (included). Cook on request (extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 50 m, bus stop 260 m, railway station "Querceta - Forte dei Marmi" 2.5 km, ferry "Viareggio" 16 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, tennis 650 m. Tolle und saubere Ferienvilla mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln

Die Villa liegt nicht in der beschriebenen Strasse, sondern ca. 1,5 km weg vom Strand. Die Lage ist trotzdem gut. Das Objekt ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die Duschen können gleichzeitig nur von einer Person genutzt werden. Leider keine dt. TV Sender, sondern nur russische und arabische Sender. Die Müllentsorgung muss selbst organisiert werden.
