「A beautiful house and stunning view. Well-stocked, clean, peaceful, modern and comfortable and only a short walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and responsive- look forward to visiting again!」

「We celebrated my parents 70th anniversary at Rita's. We had the entire place. This is a very large property and it was perfect for our event. Very clean and well equipped. Mike the maintenance man stopped by to ensure all was good and said to call at any time if we needed anything. The pool was amazing and was loved by all from my 8 month old great grandson to my 89 year old mom. The young adults loved all the room for lawn games and the fire pit at night. Everyone is already talking...

「We had a wonderful stay. Everything that was needed was provided. Great communication with Charlene. It was the perfect spot for connecting with our family that live in the area. Beds were comfy and air conditioning kept us comfortable during the hot summer. We were so happy to find a place that accepts pets also so our puppy came along! Thanks again Charlene. We look forward to staying again soon! 」

「We felt the lockbox was on the wrong door and we had a hard time finding the right door. It was around the opposite side of the house. The key is accessed inside the lock box. The kitchen was well equipped and pleasant to use. One suggestion would be to inform incoming guests that the coffee maker was a keurig.」

「Everything was excellent we had fun and enjoyed the pool. Our section was very spacious and enough room for the 4 of us. Very nice location and close drive into Sydney. Only feedback I have is there was not enough pots & pans to cook properly and adding more cooking utensils.」

「I honestly cannot say one bad thing. We rented the chalet for 4 days and our experience was fantastic. The owners were prompt in responding to any question we had. The view was absolutely incredible. We loved it! We will rent again. 」
