“First vist to this city and so lucky to have booked this excellent boutique hotel for our stay... location could not have been more perfect in the old Town area and close to the harbour front but not too close to be noisy. we received a warm welcome on arrival and all staff were excellent from reception to breakfast to room servicing. “What a terrific property in such a great location. We rented four rooms (two were mini-suites that were slightly larger and had a balcony). The property was spotless and well maintained. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. You walk out the back door and you’re in the heart of Old Town Nafplion. We would certainly recommend staying here.”

“I give Amphitryon Hotel 1 star because of the sea view from our room and it’s location, but our stay was terrible because:
1. Deceitful information on its web-site that said that the hotel, for a fee, offered a shuttle to and from the airport. Called them to ask about this and they gave me an email address to request the shuttle; I sent the email and someone at the hotel told me that they didnt offer this service but they could schedule a private driver on a Mercedes Benz for €210 each way.
