Lovely modern villa in a quiet location

We'd highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a relaxing time away in a quiet location in nice surroundings. It's a modern well equipped villa which has been finished to a high standard and it had everything we needed for our week away with the family. Jenny made us feel very welcome and was on hand to offer help with any questions we had throughout the week. Overall we couldn't fault anything and would definitely stay here again if holidaying in this part of Spain in th future.

Family Holiday in Fortuna

The property is even better than the pictures on VRBO. Well kept, modern, clean, A/C in all the bedrooms and the salt water pool was very welcome with temps in the 40+C. Parking on the property was available and secure with a gate. The BBQ came in handy on a couple of nights where we ate in. All in all a wonderful stay. Jenny was excellent to communicate with before and during our stay. This home is highly recommended.

Aceptable (salvo calor por no aire acondicionado en habitaciones)

La casa cumple con lo que se ve en las fotos. La atención con la propietaria antes de la llegada muy fluida pero ojo, al preguntar si TODAS las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado (requisito imprescindible para nosotros al viajar con menores de dos años) nos asegura que es así. Pero sólo dos habitaciones tienen aire, la propietaria considera que que las otras dos tienen también aire porque está en el pasillo... Esto ha hecho la estancia desagradable (mucho calor en julio) y la entrada a la casa muy tensa con la propietaria. Atención nula por parte de Vrbo que se desentendió por completo del problema.

Bien dans l’ensemble

La maison est bien avec une belle piscine, le lieu est à une demi heure du premier vrai supermarché, le plus proche est un magasin DIA à 10min en voiture. Question propreté la maison était très propre et l’extérieur aussi, il manquerait un nettoyage de piscine en milieu de semaine, par rapport à l’inventaire il manquait le sèche linge et la machine à glaçons. Deux nids de guêpes dans le jardin ont empêché les enfants de se servir de la balançoire. Attention aux propriétaires qui sont très exigeants et qui nous ont reproché l’utilisation d’une plancha, le barbecue doit être comme neuf en fin de location sinon ils facturent 30€ de nettoyage que pour celui-ci. Il faut faire attention à la consommation d’électricité car si le forfait est dépassé on est facturé d’un surplus. Dernier point la Clim est bien présente mais sous dimensionné pour la maison. Il faut donc les faire tourner fort pour rafraîchir la maison.

October Break

Third time in this villa, Jenny is so kind and the villa is lovely. There is a pool now which was a great surprise. We love our week in Fortuna at the banos. Thermal spa and great food. A perfect antidote to the winter blues.

Maravilloso fin de semana de relax

Hemos pasado un estupendo fin de semana en la casa de Jenny. La casa está perfectamente equipada y decorada con mucho gusto. Hemos disfrutado especialmente de la piscina y de los preciosos amaneceres. Jenny ha sido una anfitriona excelente, facilitándonos mucho tanto la entrada como la llegada como la salida. Sin duda, para repetir!... pero más tiempo... se nos hizo demasiado corto.

Unas buenas vacaciones

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado una quincena en la casa de Jenny, tanto la recepción como la comunicación con la propietaria han sido buenísimas, es una gran anfitriona. La casa tiene todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar, no le falta detalle de nada, hay de todo. La piscina es espectacular y los niños se lo han pasado genial. La casa está muy bien orientada y apenas hemos necesitado aire acondicionado, no hemos pasado nada de calor. En cuanto a la limpieza, la casa está muy limpia, le doy un diez. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento, y volvería a alojarme en el. Muchas gracias a Jenny por todo.

Bonita casa para descansar

Nos ha gustado mucho pasar una semana en casa de Jenny porque dispone de todas las comodidades y está decorada con muy buen gusto. La casa y la zona es perfecta para descansar y relajarse. Merece la pena.

bon sejour dans une villa avec tout le confort

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa avec tout le confort souhaité. La piscine est juste un peu éloignée de la maison, et donc pas pratique pour les pauses " pipi"..... Nous avons testé le restaurant ROCIO au centre de FORTUNA et c'est vraiment très bon. Le marché du samedi matin est à faire aussi pour trouver fruits et légumes à des prix attractifs. Nous avons aussi profité de la plage MAR MENOR, un peu loin soit mais avec une eau à 30 degres on ne peut qu'apprecier. Au total séjour fort agréable et la propriétaire est vraiment très accueillante et sympathique. Merci JENNY.
