「It was an excellent place to stay if you’re going to the Ark….it’s very close & and easy walk. Rooms cleans and roomy for 2 people. Breakfast had a big variety of food to choose from. I liked the Belgian waffles you could make, variety of juices, everyone could find something. I would have liked more fruit but that’s just me. Check-in & out was easy & quick. Parking adequate. Staff didn’t have recommendations for restaurants so you were on your own with that. I would recommend to folks...

「Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book...

「The room was clean and spacious. Check-in an check-out were very easy. Breakfast was good. We were only there one nite but everything was perfect for what we needed.」

「Staff was friendly. Check-in process was smooth. I was in town for a couple of days for job training. I did not have time to inspect the room after checking in as I had to leave for training shortly after. I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the room smelled like it has been used as a smoking room. Why does a non-smoking room have a comforter that has cigarette burn holes... Overall, the linen was not clean. Both units to the right and left of me had guests who were smoking......

「The Inn is indeed of complete remodeling. Only thing updated was the flooring. Whatever the motel uses for deoderizing is horrible! My eyes burned, had to open the window and turn on fan to rid the odor ( took a couple hours). If someone has severe allergies to perfumes, etc they would have had need of an epi pen. Holes noted in walls, toilet paper holder had been broken, leaving a hole in wall, the exhaust fan was displaced and a small spider was living at the top of it. Noted a dead...
