"Check-in staff was difficult to understand. I had pre- booked and paid on Expedia, so check-in should have been quicker. TV remote in room didn't work very well, possibly low battery. Otherwise, room was clean and up to date. One quirk, was a small gift bag marked "Tips" on the dresser."

"We got what we paid for...a cheap price equaled a cheap experience. The room looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. In particular, the fire sprinkler was covered in a plastic bag, rendering it useless if a fire occurred in the bathroom. The breakfast was not open at 6:00 a.m. as told to us and did not open until 6:20-ish. Much of the common areas were not vacuumed, in particular the staircase to the 2nd floor."
