“Another great condo in fountain hills!!!! The condo was JUST as listed. Very well maintained and very clean!!! I think my favorite part were the little "extras" that the owners put in to make a very comfortable stay. For example, we had plenty towels,toilet paper and trash bags which was very much appreciated!!!! The area is spacious. The host got back to me immediately if i had any questions. “We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. ”

“The host responded quickly when I had a question. The condo was in good condition, nice, and clean. We also felt very safe.There was plenty of space for us to spread out.The location was within walking distance of our marathon event or close enough to use Lyft for a small fee.The only thing I made note of was that I was not able to get the bedroom tv to choose channels once it was turned on using the remote. The remote batteries could have been dead, but not sure. It was not a problem for me……

“Stayed at the property 11/26 for 3 days. The location was perfect across the street from the largest in door mall. Easy access to enter and exit. All of the amenities were present and plentiful. Love the spacious area ( dinning room, living room, and kitchen. Bedroom and bathroom was perfect. The pictures on the web site is exactly how the condo looks. The cleaning service was throughly done. We would absolutely stay at this place again. The fireplace was romantic.”
