「For the price you would think a floor mat for when you step out of the shower would be provided. That was disappointing. There was a random hair high up in the shower that was not the color of my hair and the soap holder had residue from the previous stay. So, cleanliness could be improved. 「Property was extremely clean. Breakfast was a nutritious meal. I usually stay at a Hilton and have been spoiled by meals in the evening and drinking water in the room.」

「I stayed at your hotel from 10/11/26 to10/18/26 my room got service two times that is it. I was out of body wash in the tub and Told the front desk twice never was refilled. I asked for my trash cans to be emptied twice it finally was. When they empty the trash they took the dirty towels out of the bathroom and left them on the floor in front of my fridge. The next day which was Saturday they finally cleaned to room properly. I am planning on going back up to Bonifay in November for another week...

We immediately went back to the kiosk and got another room on the opposite side 2nd floor and told the clerk that if we saw 1 single bug we wanted a full refund.
