A real home from home and absolute gem of a place.

A real home from home and absolute gem of a place. Fantastic location with wonderful views and just a 5 minute walk to Readymoney Cove and Whitehouse Beach and a 10 minute walk (at the most) to the shops and pubs/restaurants in beautiful Fowey. The Wheelhouse is cosy and warm with good sized accommodation. The furnishings are beautifully done and the kitchen has an extremely good range of appliances and utensils. The bathroom and shower room are modern and the showers are great! The beds are really comfortable too. The whole place is clean and tidy and very well decorated and maintained. There's a good range of books and board games, and even a pair of binoculars to look at the wonderful views! There's also an extensive range of information provided in the property by way of books, maps and leaflets about Fowey and the local area. I can thoroughly recommend staying here and can honestly say I will be re-booking.

We loved the Wheelhouse.

We loved the Wheelhouse. Excellent location. Really well equipped and helpful to have cleaning products, tea towel, kitchen roll provided. Beautiful view. Only downside was that the double bed was a bit too soft for us.
