PROPERTY LAYOUT:
Our home was top-to-bottom remodeled, completed in September 2024!
Upon arriving at our home, you can choose to park in the back private parking area, or on the street out front. When coming in from the parking area, you`ll first encounter our back patio, complete with a gas firepit + seating area for you and your traveling partners. Walking up the few steps, you`ll enter through our well-outfitted kitchen. It`s stocked with everything you need: quality knives, a sharpener, silicone utensils, and a fridge with an ice maker (including king cubes). The open shelving and well-organized cabinets make cooking a breeze.
From the kitchen, you`ll enter into our dining area - say hello to Mr. Foxy! Straight ahead is the living room, featuring a 60` TV & large cozy Article couch. Passing by the front door, head upstairs (past our super cool wallpaper gallery).
The second floor features two queen bedrooms (with ceiling fans) and the first full bathroom. The bedrooms feature ultra-comfortable Zinus Green Team 12` memory foam mattresses, which our guests rave about! The bathroom is on the smaller side, but features a full-sized shower, 24` vanity, and lighted mirror.
Continuing up to the third floor, this space is ideal for privacy. You`ll find a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed, a private work area, and a laundry room. The full bathroom on this level adds extra convenience, making this floor perfect for those who want a bit of solitude.
Please note that there will be intermittent road construction in front of our house starting March 9th 2026 - October 2026. We are currently unsure of exact dates, noise, or timing. It will not affect access to your home, but it is possible that you will hear construction noises from 8am - 6pm on weekdays.

1. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only; PLEASE no butts on the ground. A minimum $3,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of 14 persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
3. Guest is responsible for all child proofing. Any child amenities (pack & plays, high chairs, etc.) shall be completely and fully inspected for satisfactory working order by Guest prior to use. Hosts do not inspect child amenities between stays, and any injuries resulting from their use are 100% guest-related.
5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
6. We are very flexible hosts, and do not ask or expect our guests to clean prior to check out, other than starting the dishwasher. However, we don`t expect our guests to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to garbage, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.
