El problema es que no hay una buena barrera entre habitaciones que evite el ruido y el personal tampoco les pidió que guardaran silencio por respeto a los demás huéspedes. Se escuchaban como si estuvieran dentro de mi habitación, en verdad fue muy molesto y no logramos descansar por un buen rato.」

「I stayed at Casa Carmel during a business trip to Guatemala, and overall it was a great experience. The property is a beautiful, cleverly adapted historic house that has been transformed into a charming bed-and-breakfast. You can really feel the character of the place. The location is excellent if you want to explore the city. Several beautiful churches and important landmarks are within walking distance, which makes it a great place to stay if you want to get to know the historic center...

「Close to the airport, in a nice zone in the City. Unfortunately I only stayed one night. The response time of the staff through messages or email is very slow, but fine in person. 」

「The room was so clean, all the staff helped with my broken Spanish, and I was able to get a ride from the airport late in the evening. Only challenge was the early wake up for breakfast with my room being right next to the restaurant. I'm sure the rooms upstairs are nice and quite in the morning for a light sleeper light me. 」
