“What more can I say read the description everything is as it says. The location is perfect could not be better placed train station is 5 mins walk away in one direction, New Town centre 5 mins in the other, 10 mins walk in each direction to North or South bay beach, the old town which I recommend highly to real ale lovers 25 minutes walk or 5 mins on bus. As for the accommodation I had top floor single room with separate shower/toilet room next door, everything worked perfectly and was clean as……

“I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even……

“A beautiful house, with a spacious and comfortable room - with a massive bath! (We paid extra for the room with a bath and we’re not disappointed.) It was wonderfully peaceful and felt so relaxing. The bed was very soft but we nevertheless slept really well because of the lovely atmosphere, quiet and airiness of the room. Friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast - they accommodated me being veggie and asking for beans although it was not on the menu. Sadly brought fried rather than……

“It was a traditional three bed room town house so it was more than enough for two of us but we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station, local shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. The communication with the landlady was very good as well and Ruth was very helpful. We like Bridlington a lot so definitely consider to come back to this house again. ”
