Welcome to your dream getaway, nestled in the serene Clearwater community, just a short 2-mile drive to Bethany Beach. This newly renovated 3-bedroom home promises an unforgettable retreat for you and your loved ones. The Clearwater community comes with access to a community pool and tennis court at no additional cost. A pass will be given at check in for the amenities. This property is dog friendly. There is a 2 dog maximum and a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog.

Step inside to discover a haven of modern comfort and luxury. The spacious layout boasts a custom-designed and fully stocked kitchen. Gather around the dining area adjacent to the kitchen for memorable meals and bonding moments. Afterward, unwind in the cozy living room or catch up on your favorite shows in the den equipped with a TV.

The primary bedroom is a sanctuary in itself, featuring a queen bed, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a luxurious tub and a generously sized shower, and heated floors. The second bedroom offers another queen bed for restful nights, while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds.

The outdoor deck is excellent for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Absolutely beautiful property

Better than the pictures can show. We have been vacationing in the area for 20+ years. This is by far the nicest property we have rented. EVERYTHING is high end, thoughtfully decorated and luxurious... we plan to return to this property next summer.
