Great location next to the train station. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff was super friendly. It was nice having the lounge and bar too for relaxing. The lounge area is huge for a smaller hotel!

Very clean, friendly and professional staff. Only thing is that breakfast items aren't being fully replenished - hence I'd recommend to have breakfast early. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience thanks to their polite and excellent staff.

Great modern hotel with excellent facilities.

Very impressed with this hotel. The room was fabulous and even though it overlooked the main railway line, once the windows were closed it was silent. Spacious with a comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent too. We were able to park our motorcycle free of charge undercover next to a cycle rack. Only negatives were the young man on reception when we checked in was a little glum shall we say and lacked enthusiasm, although he was polite and professional. Everyone else was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is very modern and does seem to attract business clientele but it is a half hour walk into the centre of Darmstadt. We found it easier to walk through the main railway station which is close by. Not sure we would revisit Darmstadt though.

Very comfortable stay. Some noise since the railroad tracks were right nearby, but you can shut the window. As I chose it for the location (near HBF), no complaints. Staff were very helpful.

Very new very clean very tidy....very good. Was exceptionally close to main train station but no noise for me at night. Great of you are traveling location was good by road or rail. Great room rate, very comfortable room & great selection at breakfast.

Great hotel for a stopover when going by car

The hotel was really nice and the room spacious. Convenient parking in the basement. Sadly we got a room that was connected to another room and there was no sound insulation between the rooms so we could hear what the neighbour watched on tv, when they fought and when their phones beeped. The staff was helpful in trying to solve the solution so kudos to them. Can definitely recommend the hotel but take a room that’s not connected to another room.

Overall the property was fine. The staff was great! VERY friendly and VERY helfpful. They even arranged a 2pm checkout when we woke up late. The only negative was the. AC. Even though the rooms are supposed to have air conditioning, they did not. It was unbearable. We were changed to a different room - same problem. And the same for our travel companion. We had to sleep naked and without a covering. The shower also had a problem: the water did not stay in the shower space. Instead it covered the bathroom floor and made the hallway carpeting wet too.

Very bad

I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. They give you a price and then charge you a higher price upon arrival. The team treated them very poorly and did not welcome the guests in a proper way. There were problems with the receptionist upon arrival. In the rooms there is no safe to store your money, no closet to arrange clothes in properly, and there is not even a refrigerator to put a bottle of cold water in. This hotel does not even deserve three stars, perhaps one star is enough, even if not less than that as well. A very bad experience compared to the money paid, which varies by several euros via online payment. The geographical location of the hotel is also bad and the room service is also bad, not cleaning properly. I do not advise anyone to visit such a hotel, and I do not think it should be called a hotel.
