It's acceptable

Good location; although in red light area but close to main station. also there is a big gate so feel more safe and not that loud. Need to pay for wifi and ceception was bad. I only got good reception in bathroom!! Front dest is fine; first night the toilet wasn't able to flush and we told the front desk next morning, it got fixed when we come back. Breakfast was not bad.

Good choice for Budget Concern peoples

Location is somewhat Good , Also Bad. The hotel is very near the Frankfurt(M) Hbf , but at the center of the Red-light district. There's some straight person stay along the road, it's a bit horrible at night , but still OK at the daylight time. The Hotel was insulated by the Car gate fence. It's somewhat provided a little security for the stranger , but it made the hotel hard to spot especially for the person which not familiar with Frankfurt.. Some of the Staff unable to speak English, some of them can, although she can't spoke English , she try to solve our problem in simple english single words, it's nice. The Room is fine , clean and big , the bed is comfort, the bathroom is OK....... the scenes outside of windows are just a carpart...... don't expect you've a good view even you're at the top level of the hotel....... We've stay there for two night , the room was disturb by the adjacent night club at the stay of Saturday night, close all the window will be better ...... Just no more then 50 EUR, you'll have a good stay in en-suit room , near Hbf , also together with a nice Breakfast buffet , I think the problem of the location can be overcome.

Disgusting area, full of dirty, litter, druggies and prostitutes. The staff had average customer service skills, but the building is dirty, full of needles and blood, and the morning after the streets are trashy and so unsafe. Luckily its close to the town centre and historic square by walk but don't travel on your own. Defintely will be checking on google maps more thoroughly next time whne booking hotels.

Die Lage des Hotels war uns vorher klar. Aber der Zustand des ganzen Hotels ist unterirdisch schlecht. Zudem ist es ein Stundenhotel wo die drogenabhängigen, Prostituierten und Dealer ein und ausgehen. Blut an den Betten und dem Boden. Das Inventar war durchweg dreckig, kaputt und mit Brandstellen von Zigaretten. Das Zimmer stinkt nach Zigaretten Qualm. Stornierung war natürlich nicht mehr möglich. Telefonisch wollte der Chef nicht mit uns sprechen. Der Angestellte war wirklich nett und hat so gut es ging geholfen. Da wir so einen Aufstand gemacht haben würde das Zimmer für uns gereinigt und am nächsten Tag bekamen wir "besseres" Zimmer. Das war zwar auch nicht gut aber wenigstens nicht komplett abgerockt wie das erste. Man kann Nachts und Morgens kaum schlafen weil es so unglaublich laut ist. Ich kann niemandem empfehlen dieses Hotel zu buchen. Absolut nie wieder!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof. Allerdings befindet es sich im Rotlichtmilieu, was für manche Gäste störend sein könnte. Die Zimmer sind auch nicht wirklich schalldicht. Ich schlafe tief, daher war es für mich in Ordnung. Wer es sehr ruhig braucht, sollte sich das Hotel jedoch zweimal überlegen.

Do not stay here under any circumstances

Genuinely the worst experience i've ever had at a hotel. I quickly realised on arrival that the hotel was in a red light district of sorts, as there were comatose people lining the streets and a large group hanging around outside the hotel, who whistled and tried to sell me fentanyl as I tried to get in the locked cage door outside. I felt immediately uncomfortable from the second i arrived, especially as a solo traveller and swiftly tried to get up to my room while being glared at by the men there. Upon opening the room the smell was overpowering, it smelled like a mixture of cigarettes, crack and cannabis smoke. The room was of course filthy too, with visible stains on the bedding of all four beds, pubic hairs lining the desk, bathroom and windowsill, a broken window that would not shut, and dirty floors throughout. I felt so vulnerable and overwhelmed that i immediately asked my company to book me into another hotel, at considerable expense. Then, as I left there was nobody at reception and i found the manager smoking with the group outside. He laughed as I tried to leave and asked me whether i liked my room. When I shook my head as I was too stunned to speak, he said that it was ok and he was not surprised! When my company tried to complain and get a refund, they refused without comment. We are now out nearly £1000 for two days of accommodation, which is unacceptable. This hotel is not safe - it would be better off as a halfway house honestly, so do not waste your money.
