Good location, friendly staff, but poor design
Very good location, right in the shopping district. Under ground to airport is just mins away. Walking distance to everywhere you would visit as a tourist. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was so-so, the "creativity" at high-school level. I was surprised as a Marriott hotel, the marketing photos are not up to international hotel group standard, more like a love hotel. The room was spacious, quiet room, clean and tidy. Bed was firm and comfy too. The downside was there is no user friendly way to hang your towel and clothes in the bathroom. It would be better if they can reduce the use of single use plastic.

It's a new hotel with super nice location It's exactly in the middle of FRA The only bad thing is there air-conditioning doesnt give cool air until mid summer So it is impossible to sleep at room in early summer like June. =( as in June the temp can reach 28 29 degree C already during afternoon And they don't have refrigerator at room

It's just OK which is perfect for what I wanted. It's a clean, safe and comfortable. Staff was very nice. The room is very basic but I slept great. But the location is fantastic! This is a very nice place for someone who wants to get out and explore. I would stay here again.

Bed was absolutely horrible, and they only give you one pillow per person. In general the experience for one last night before traveling back home was pretty awful. The breakfast was also bad the coffee was totally burnt. There were still people there from the night before still drinking. Wouldn’t recommend even for someone who needs a single night commuting in Frankfurt.

Stay in the centre
Hotel located in the city centre, and for this convenient. I was a bit surprised by the style. Being a young couple the vibe was perfect, BUT - given the price and what seen in the pics- I thought it was a bit more classy. It's ok for young people but should be waaaaay cheaper.

Hotel was fine, but not for us. We're a family of two adults and a child under ten. Rooms lacked what we assumed were standard features: safe, fridge, space to store clothes, etc. I can see how the hotel would appeal to a younger crowd, lobby had music, cool design, drinks, games. But we wanted a hotel city center to unwind and the lack of amenities made it challenging. Staff were friendly but almost too relaxed.

Moxy Frankfurt weekend stay
Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. The lounge area has a relaxed and social feel. They also make an excellent negroni. The beds are a bit firm and there is limited storage. Ok for a short visit leaving stuff in a suitcase but might be more difficult for a longer trip if you want to unpack. Location is excellent. Very close to the centre and shopping. Overall, a great stay

Was in Frankfurt for the Christmas market and this was virtually on the doorstep, which was good. Hotel has a young traveller vibe - I'm a middle aged woman so would have appreciated a more comfortable lounge/bar area; a wardrobe, or at least more hanging space & cupboards, in the bedroom; tea/coffee facilities in the room. Staff were friendly.

Christmas in Frankfurt
A 2 day trip for the Christmas Market & Ice Hockey. Great location only 3 mins walk to the top of the market. Friendly staff, efficient check in, very clean. Continental buffet breakfast was good, although no croissants left with 1hr remaining. Indusrial look & design to Moxy, but bare looking. Only 1 pillow each, but remedied quickly on request. Small shower room. Have stayed in Moxy Memphis where the rooms are far better equiped & styled, also more games in bar area. We did have the best time. 🎄🎅

We booked this hotel to enjoy the opening of the Frankfurt Christmas Markets. The location was very convenient and walkable to all attractions and dining. The staff was very professional and helpful in many ways throughout our short stay. The property was very unique and "qwerky", but that was what attracted us to the property! Unfortunately, the room size was disappointing. With an American name brand (Marriott Bonvoy). We expected a larger room.
