Cindy's Island Riverfront

If its river frontage you want – you’ve found it! You can literally drop a line and fish while standing on the deck. The views up and down the river are tremendous and onsite you’ll find tubes for a lazy afternoon float down the river.
This cozy two-bedroom cottage is perfect for 2-4 guests. There’s a nice woodstove for chilly mornings and evenings, Internet (wireless) and Satellite TV.
Well located between Highlands and Franklin so a quick jaunt up or down the mountain is easy and direct.

Private home all for you with two bedrooms and two baths plus that marvelous river frontage.

There is a firepit for you enjoyment. We provide enough firewood for one fire and ask that you purchase more, if needed.

Perfect family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay — very clean, excellent location near town and central to get to other towns. We loved hanging out in the river and making s’mores in the fire pit. Highly recommend!

Nice and Quiet

Decided at last minute to try and get away for the weekend, this was a nice and relaxing place and April was great to work with. Lots of scenic views in the area. Overall a great place to stay and a great weekend.

Amazing weekend

We really enjoyed our stay, it was exactly what we needed. The rental was clean and well kept, the attention to detail and amenities within the home made us feel very special. Its a beautiful place and we plan to return for a longer stay in the future.

We had a great stay at Cindy's Island. So peaceful hearing the river flow right out the window, everything you need is there. So much beautiful scenery to enjoy within driving distance.

Time for a Respite

Beautiful place

House is tucked in the woods right off the road and really quite. You can fish of the back deck and relax. The house was clean and very cozy. My family enjoyed our stay. The kids wished we could stay longer. Definitely recommend this location.

A little bit of Heaven

The cabin is right on the river, beautiful and relaxing. Watched a family of otters one morning. Clean, comfortable and welcoming! Made us want to stay longer.

Perfect setting

This cozy cottage is the perfect setting for relaxation. We enjoyed fishing off the deck and the nearby waterfalls. Fully stocked kitchen with even a crock pot which we used making dinner so easily convenient and delicious waiting on us when we returned.

Fantastic rental

On this our second visit, everything was great. Robin was always very helpful and answered all our questions right away. We will be renting the cabin next year for a relaxing vacation in a comfortable home!
