“Amazing top floor condo for our family. We enjoyed everything this unit had to offer and would absolutely stay here again! ”

“We had the best stay!! We absolutely loved exploring Fraser and winter park. We attended a wedding at devils thumb ranch and the drive was super easy. The house was super cute, very clean and worked perfectly for our needs with our 2 little kids. Highly recommend and would stay there again!”

“The Check-In was so easy, the house fit our party of 13 perfectly. We enjoyed the entire week hiking, visiting RMNP, playing card games in the eves after delicious homemade dinners, & finished with smores around the fire pit on the back deck. Beds were comfy and we never ran out of hot water once! Mark, our host was amazing and had impeccable communication! We loved our stay! ”

“Lots of space, bathrooms, and seating for a large group. Decking has been recently updated with new trex,and new grill. The new grill could be larger but that’s a small issue. Also new outdoor seating is nice. Cookware is pretty worn out and should be replaced. China and silverware is good in quantity and quality. Large refrigerator and freezer is very helpful. “Especially for the price point, this property proved to be a great place to host 10 adult golfers for a couple of nights! The 11 bedrooms are behind separate doors, so privacy isn't an issue. Many of the bedrooms have multiple beds, so if you don't mind sharing bunk space, there's room for quite a few folks!There's plenty of room for a group to eat. “The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again. ”

“Great stay. Host communication was excellent. The condo is in excellent shape, with all the amenities in great working condition. Very clean and well kept. It doesn’t have air conditioning; there are a few fans and you may want to keep windows open in the summer. Parking is plentiful. ”

“It’s a great house! We loved that the kitchen was well appointed so meal prep was easy. Responsive hosts with good entertainment and dining recommendations. We also appreciated that it is a no pets property due to allergies with some family members. Fraser is a fun town.”

“the condo itself was great. Very good location. Good shuttles, I did not take advantage of. Easy drive to Winter Park. Unit was advertised with ski closet outside and advised to use. Was later told it was not available to guests. Fine with me. Also, advertised with hot tub, which they had, but did not work very well. One the jets didn't work, the other didn't have enough water. The front door did not lock. tried every combination possible with no luck. Contacted Grand Welcome at least four……

“Overall a very nice condo. Only negative is not under owner’s control. The people upstairs were extremely noisy and the hot tub was not functioning. Otherwise it was a nice and comfortable place.”

“We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the porch over the mountains, easy access to walking trails and close proximity to dining, shopping and activities. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Appreciated the 3 master bedrooms with baths and guest bathroom on main floor. Driveway was able to fit 3 cars along with the 2 car garage. Would definitely recommend this house to others in need of a spacious 5 bedroom house. 5 stars! ”
