“The check in/out process was great and easy. It's easy to communicate with the property management. You just got to stop get your keys before you get to the condo and re-confirm the address otherwise you may not find it. The property needs a few fixes, chairs are broken, mold on the bathroom ceiling, rotten shower curtain rod, broken coaster holders etc Bed covers have stains, pillows are not the most comfortable and the mattress, well it works for 1 night. “The condo was very well stocked, conveniently located, and had nice amenities. We stayed for a week in winter while snowboarding at Winter Park resort. It was a short drive to the resort (free public transit also available). The condo was spacious, comfy, and had everything needed in the kitchen. It is close to the clubhouse which had laundry (credit card/app), a nice gym, and pool/hot tub. Definitely pay attention to the directions provided by the host as GPS usually takes you to the wrong……

There were 4-5 little annoyances that could have been avoided. i.e. one of the TV remotes was missing batteries, there was a soap wrapper left in the bathtub. The guest toilet was clogged when we arrived. All of these should have been caught by the last staff before rental. On the maintenance side was the guest shower diverter would not completely go to shower or tub - it was stuck in the middle.……
