Great value.

I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to as I feel it is the best value property in the Fredericksburg area. I have never had a horrible experience here, the service, cleanliness, and condition of the rooms are always a good value for what's paid. If I can be picky, the mattress is on the firm side, but the room is always clean, all of the lights work properly and well, and usually the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Will continue to stay here when I'm in the area.

The hotel is reasonably priced, has good staff and friendly staff. The hotel was clean, but unfortunately I saw 4 or 5 cockroaches in my room. That's why I slept with the light on. Everything else was fine.

Stayed with my husband for a night 31/03/2025 on the way to our final destination. We were pleasantly surprised by the clean, comfortable room, safe/quiet outside, and polite/ fast front desk service when we came to the hotel at midnight.

Good option for one night to sleep while traveling at this price,. Clean sheets, comfortable bed. Lots of lighting, felt safe. Lots of options for food nearby. Staff was extra friendly and helpful when I had a problem with the room.

Okay not great

Condition was not good, but the bed was comfortable. WiFi and tv were fine. Sink was cracked, tub was stained and the battery pack was hanging out of its case.

The property sufficed for a night stay. It seemed clean- linens, floor, bathroom, is all definitely being hit sufficiently by staff as far as I can tell. However, as I was leaving i saw a few cockroaches scramble around. And the caulking around the tub was black- both of which are concerning and disappointing. definitely due for some upgrades- but most of that doesn’t impact the utilitarian needs of a cheap stay. Check-in was a breeze, kind and welcoming.

Pay extra for a nicer hotel

Our faimly is not high maintaince at all. We are on a budget and look for a deal. We knew when we paid it wasnt going to be the ritz, but this was probably one of the worst places we ever stayed at. I read reviews on hotel.com and they were decent. In the car i started to read reviews on google and got scared. Thankfully we didnt see any bugs, but the place is a dump. No other way to put it. The sheets were stained, ripped had burn holes. There was mold they tried to cover up all over the bathroom. The walls had holes all over. It worked for one night, but wouldnt stay agian. It would be worth paying the extra money for a nicer room. Staff was friendly upon check in.

There was dead bugs in bath area, the unit b3side had big loose dog and it came toward me twice when I went to car. It smelled and I itched for 2 plus hours. Packed my things up. Went to office and told no refund but could go in another room. Man was rude. I paid $77 cash to them. So disappointed. Take them off your sight. Went down street to another place. Quality inn. Very clean and accommodating.
