Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.

Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.

The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.

After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

Wonderful, welcoming home! Well maintained and very clean. Very close to Main St., so it was easy to get around town in just a matter of a few minutes.Krystle provided wonderful suggestions and was very easy to reach.The neighborhood was well kept, quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly.I also appreciated that fact that we decided to extend our stay by a day and it was not an issue. We plan on staying here the next tine we're in Fredericksburg!

We had a great stay at this property! There were 6 adults and we were all very comfortable with plenty of space. The house was very clean and had what we needed for a quick one night stay. Main Street was about a 3-5 min uber ride which was convenient and the host was very responsive! Would absolutely plan to stay again!

Not only was the house clean and was perfectly furnished but was beautifully decorated for the fall! The owner (Krystle) communicated all pertinent information to us and even gave us suggestions for some of the other activities I had mentioned to her that we were doing. Communication was great! They let us check in early, the house was clean and SO cute! Hot tub was warm and clean as well. It was perfect for us to gather with our grown kids and their families.

No clock anywhere in the house. We changed the battery in living room, but must be just decorative as it never worked. Grass in front and back horribly bad. Put in artificial if you can’t grow it. Lights didn’t work at front door, laundry and master closet. We checked breakers and all on. Spa water down 3-4 inches. Are your guests expected to care for your spa?

Lovely girls trip

This home will as so adorable and relaxing for a fun wine tasting girls weekend! We all slept great and comfortably and enjoyed the great coffee provided as well as wine glasses. The decorations were very charming. We would definitely come back :)
