This is a great little property. Close to restaurants and other attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. If you’re heading to Fredericksburg for a little get away I recommend this property.

Memorial Day in Fredericksburg

This is a wonderful bungalow for 2 not far from downtown located in a quiet neighborhood. The property owners and managers are great to work with and we found the atmosphere welcoming and suited to our travel style and tastes. Highly recommend Annette's Cottage A!

Weekend trip for concert

Nice 1 bedroom duplex with small kitchen., couch, small TV wall mounted over the breakfast table with larger TV in the bedroom full size fridge. Nice non hotel option - a bit more comfortable than a hotel room.

Bucket list.

We've been wanting to come to Fredericksburg for a long time. The timing was perfect, all the flowers were in full bloom, the weather was great, very peaceful, only 2 minutes fom main street. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with snacks and water in the fridge. Would do it again!
