「The host was nice and communicative, and the unit was generally clean. However, the box spring for the one queen bed was soooo loud and obnoxious. The tiniest movement caused so much noise! All night long, we’d be woken up when either of us even just slightly shifted. We ended up taking the mattress off the box spring and laying it on the floor of the kitchen, and we slept so much better that way. The mattress itself isn’t bad, it’s the box spring causing an unholy amount of noise. The location...

「It was a great place for a quiet retreat over Thanksgiving weekend. Good location and well furnished, just as portrayed on the website. Only problem was that heat in bathroom did not work too well.」

「Yes, quite so. Only critique of amenities is that the footing on the outdoor path needs to be firmer: stepping tiles felt loose. Also, the parking spot north of the garage was where we were directed to park but it was virtually unusable for our mid-compact car -- hedge needs trimming. However, the host himself told us where could alternately park. He happened to be there but if he had not been it could be confusing.」
