「Clean room, comfortable bed, walking distance to lots of dining options. Nice pool and really great staff. Only one complaint; during breakfast I listened to a woman scream at the staff for several minutes. She just kept going. I thought it was a rude tourist but it turned out to be a supervisor. Stopped eating breakfast there afterwards.」

「We were concerned about the reservation not being cancelled and called on (2) occasions. Both Front Desk or Call Center agents were so helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service, I'm so sorry I don't recall their names now. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others.」

「The hotel its self is fine for a few night stay I personally wouldnt stay more than 2 or 3 nights. And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. I was there in the beginning of October and not...

「I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...
