The subfloor had been damaged, and had been patched by nailing boards all over the floor and then nailing rugs down to cover the issue. Had 67 yr old grandmother sprained her ankle when floor broke through beyond the patch job. Bedrooms upstairs and 2nd bathroom downstairs which was very inconvenient, and not told before rental. House had not been professionally cleaned. Mold downstairs in game room, leaking AC that was not addressed damaging wall, floor and couch. Property management was HORRIBLE handling issues, dishwasher not attached, and fell out of the cabinet (fixed on the last night, and the repairman stated the floors needed to be taken out and was dangerous), floors continued to break through the longer we stayed, AC was not even checked and they were told it was causing damage to the property. This house should never had been rented. They couldn't find a relocation on the first day we were there. I found one that was in our price range, but they only offered me 200. I didn't have another 1000 to relocate. I feel I deserve a full refund. I would remove this property from the VRBO site. I have numerous videos of the flooring, but they couldn't be uploaded. On a good note: the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with the exception of 2 rolls of paper towels for 5 people for 5 days. I intend to report this house to the City to have it inspected for safe occupancy. It will fail. I am going to suggest they inspect all Beach Box houses
