Camp Fishbone - Our place at the Lake

Newly remodeled three bedroom home. Our place sleeps 6. Plenty of things to do all year long: Hot Tub! Kayaks. Fire pit.
Just 35 minutes from Amish country. Hunters and Fishermen, this place is very close to the boat launch and there is plenty of room to store your boat.

Quick overnight stay

Stayed overnight 1 night, for a hunting trip. Arrived late and left early. Everything was as advertised. Was pleased to see that they had coffee in the cupboard, as we did not bring any with us. Would like to check out the area when we have more time, seems like a great summer lake cottage.

Convenient & comfortable

I wanted to do some kayaking on Piedmont Lake. While this property is not on the lake, it is close to the Marina & the Southern Boat Launch. I was able get in a lot of time on the lake with very little travel time. And I have to say, the hot tub is a nice touch.

Our place at the lake

We really enjoyed our few day stay at our place at the lake! It was very clean. All you need to bring is food and any personal items. It was a 2 minute drive to Piedmont Lake Marina. The lake is so beautiful and peaceful! We rented a pontoon boat for half a day and went fishing/swimming. They also have kayaks at the property you can use (if you can haul) and there is a kayak launch at the marina. Salt Fork Lake is about a half hour drive if you're looking for a higher HP lake. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again!
