Upon check out we were told to strip the beds and take all towels sheets to one location. Take out trash to receptacle. Would think that would be something included in immense clean up fee. "Beautifully decorated home with all amenities you can think of. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with dishes, appliances, utensils, you name it! Very comfortable beds and everything was SUPER clean. The only thing I would change is some blackout curtains in back bedroom as a good amount of light comes in from neighbors outside lights and the morning sun. That’s a personal preference though as I prefer a super dark room. Wonderful stay and super relaxing property."

"We were surprised and a little unnerved about the rattle snake habitat next to house. But all was good never seen a snake. Beach is A few steps away. My husband enjoyed watching big ships coming . Need some dishes to be able warm things in microwave. Smaller skillet needs replaced. But other than that kitchen was efficient. The doors to bedrooms stick. The one door is hard to shut.Furniture ok. The Queen bed is really soft you sink in the middle. No air in bedroom but there is a fan."

"This is an excellent choice for beach access and fishing. Want to walk on the beach, you’re feet away. Want to fish? All the bait shops and jetty space you could ask for. The inside is really nice, feels like home. If I could have stayed forever I would have. Bonus points the the screen covered patio to keep bugs out. Only complaints was a tiny small roach problem near the sink and a rusty grill (owner said it will be replaced soon). When I am on Surfside, this is where I will stay."

"Very easy to book and check into this property. Owner was very responsive and always checked in with us to ensure everything was OK. Great distance to the beach and house was more than adequately stocked with essential items such as towels, linens, kitchen accessories, etc. Convenience stores are just a mile down the road so it makes it very convenient to grab anything else you need if you run out. Family really enjoyed it and I would stay here again."
