“The property was amazing. My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. All of the animals on the farm were such a unique part of the experience. The bed and sheets were so comfortable. The outdoor shower was probably one of my favorite parts! What a beautiful countryside and amazing host!!”

“This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59……

(Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. ”

“Book this property in July or August and it will be a magical setting. It should not be offered in late May. There is open air exchange to the outside through a space between the roof and the walls. With temperatures around 45 outside, it was extremely uncomfortable. Extra blankets were provided upon my complaint, but we had to be wrapped in blankets and fully clothed including shoes at all times. In addition, there were birds nesting in the corner of the cottage in an area where there was a……

“The two beds in the loft had bolts that had fallen out and folded in on themselves when they were laid on (we ended up using the couch which was worn and torn in one place). Heat in the living room wouldn’t turn off but the ac kept it bare able. We had everything we needed otherwise and made it work. It was nice to be able to wash baseball uniforms between games and the fireworks were nice Saturday evening.”
