For shared use: swimming pool angular (10 x 20 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. In the house: lift. Shop 100 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 50 m, bus stop "Port Fréjus Ouest" 80 m, railway station "Saint-Raphaël Valescure" 2 km, sandy beach "Base Nature" 500 m, diving center 20 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, thermal baths "Thalassotherapie" 50 m. Sports harbour 10 m, golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Base nature 200 m, Cannes 40 km, Saint-tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 5 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus.
